Biography

Born and raised in Toronto, I am intimately familiar with the City in general, particularly that of the downtown core. I have lived in the Annex for the past 25 years and specialize in that area, although not exclusively. Spreading out from the Annex, other communities have developed, Seaton Village, Hillcrest and Wychwood Park.

Having a large and varied client base has allowed me to become very familiar with other communities in the west end of the city, High Park, Parkdale and Roncesvalle and the east end, Leslieville, The Danforth and Riverdale, to name a few.

Since no two clients are alike, it is imperative that I am able to provide extensive knowledge about each of these communities and their personalities. I committed to personalized customer service. I listen to my clients and understand their needs. My clients deserve my complete and focused attention.

I have been a homeowner and a Landlord for the past 25 years, which has enabled me to collected years of invaluable hands on experience that I bring to my clients everyday.

With the growing interest in purchasing multi unit investment properties, I am able to share my expert knowledge of complex issues that may arise from being a landlord/owner of these unique properties and act as a guide  through this process in a relaxed and comprehensive manner.

Working for several years for one of Canada's largest insurance companies and having spent four years working for a Real Estate lawyer, I have a great eye for detail, a passion for ethics, and a commitment to integrity.
